Warm hellos to all,

I have a bit of an unusual THOT this week;
One of my close friends, and a former patient, just returned from Las Vegas
and ran into Mario Andretti,one of the most famous race car drivers of our
time while there - and asked Mario to sign a picture of himself withthe
inscription; "To Dr. Ogi."
How cool is that?

Mario said that he lives by and instills these values in his son and grandson;
1.   Know what it is specifically that you want to achieve
2.  Know the price involved - monetary, time, physical, mental, sacrifices, etc.
3.  Pay it!

He also said that success is non-negotiable.

How many of us form goals that are nebulous and unclear. We tend to frame
our goals in terms of a wish.

And, as you know, wishing for things just brings us more of the same - more
wishing. After all, that is exactly what we asked for.

Why would we be surprised?

It takes guts and an iron will to go after that which we desire with all our hearts.
It becomes framed in our soul as a quest, and nothingdetracts us from this focus.
That is the focus you must have in order to have the practice of your dreams.
....and you must also have a heart-felt knowingness that you will achieve it.

You must mentally and spiritually already have "arrived" even before being there physically.
